Grateful for Your Support at the 2024 USO BBQ for the Troops Event!
This past Saturday, July 13th, we had the pleasure of hosting the USO BBQ for the Troops Event at Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch, IL. From 11 am to 3 pm, our dealership at 118 IL-173 was alive with the spirit of community and support for our troops.
A Perfect Day for Family Fun
The weather was perfect, setting the stage for a fantastic day filled with family fun and delicious BBQ from Station 51. It was great to see so many of our Antioch neighbors come out to enjoy the festivities and show their support for such a worthy cause. Everyone enjoyed delicious food, yard games and a Color Guard presentation.
Honoring Our Service Members
One of the highlights of the event was the special Color Guard presentation that took place at noon. This moving tribute was a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made by our service members and added a deeply meaningful touch to the day’s celebrations.
Supporting the USO of Illinois
In addition to the great food and activities, the true purpose of the event was to raise funds for the USO of Illinois. Thanks to the generosity of our attendees, we were able to make a significant contribution to this vital organization that does so much for our troops and their families.
